What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've never been treated so well by literally everyone I work with in my life! Customers are friendly too and law enforcement show exceptional respect to their friends neighborhood QuikTrip teams.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would say try to make it more relaxed. The guy interviewing me was nice but everything felt really stiff. Also maybe try to have a male and female interviewer. Some people find it easier to talk to women which will let their true traits and abilities show through more in the interview.
