I don’t know my leadership team though overall I’d say management in the stores (asst’s included) is good
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That almost everyone works non stop when they are at work. Yet even with everyone moving constantly we still find time to tell jokes and be friends instead of just a store team

I’m on ER and my favorite thing to walk into is a happy energetic store team. I never feel like I’m doing a heavier payload cause everyone is always moving at those stores to help each other. After all, the main goal is too pay forwar
What makes you most happy at work?
Eating the new brisket BBQ sandwiches!!! No but really it’s going to a store with a positive store team who is high energy and works together rather than just working in the same vicinity. The store is always better, shift goes smoothly and everyone walks out smiling. And not just cau
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would say try to make it more relaxed. The guy interviewing me was nice but everything felt really stiff. Also maybe try to have a male and female interviewer. Some people find it easier to talk to women which will let their true traits and abilities show through more in the interview.
