I am new joinee for the past 3 months. I have never feeled the work rush or the pressure to do the work at the time. My seniors and my manager have helped me to understand the problem and think over it. We discuss every possible opportunities and bring out the best possible.

So far I had the best heads to work with. And top management has been crystal clear of the goals of the company, which enthrals me every day
