What did you like most about the interview process?I talked to people in a variety of roles that would intersect with my work. They were all warm, welcoming and candid. There was no ego. No gatekeeping.
What makes you most happy at work?Being responsive and service-focused with my coworkers. Being able to help them and empower them makes me most happy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone routinely recognizes the work and efforts of their peers. They go out of their way to make sure that recognition goes to the right people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Market compensation and my peers and acquaintances who has the same experience or lesser than me are paid well, I feel I'm underpaid, looking for a better compensation which boosts my confidence level and strive much more for the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compared to other startup/SaaS employers, we are not paid nearly enough. I'd like to see a minimum salary of $80k annually, as well as options for bonus compensation. Our benefits could be better as well - i.e. more wellness focused perks, gym reimbursement, paid internet, coworking space stipend...
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?I am not sure, but we need a change.
