- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compared to other startup/SaaS employers, we are not paid nearly enough. I'd like to see a minimum salary of $80k annually, as well as options for bonus compensation. Our benefits could be better as well - i.e. more wellness focused perks, gym reimbursement, paid internet, coworking space stipend...
