Review from Customer Success Dept

Listening and enacting the things discussed.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Pathetic decisions made overnight which are not favorable for everyone

Review from Sales Dept

Engage more with the team (including skip level meetings as a regular occurrence), listen to challenges that are occurring and work with the team towards real fixes, bring salary ranges up to industry standard, offer pathways for continuous improvements, mentoring for those new to management roles

Review from Customer Success Dept

promoting from within the company and providing pathways to achieve that

Review from Customer Support Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Market compensation and my peers and acquaintances who has the same experience or lesser than me are paid well, I feel I'm underpaid, looking for a better compensation which boosts my confidence level and strive much more for the company.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compared to other startup/SaaS employers, we are not paid nearly enough. I'd like to see a minimum salary of $80k annually, as well as options for bonus compensation. Our benefits could be better as well - i.e. more wellness focused perks, gym reimbursement, paid internet, coworking space stipend...

Review from Customer Success Dept

our insurance for a family would be an entire paycheck. additionally, jobs are listed at currently higher than the highest compensation we could've gotten before with current employees not receiving raises to account for this.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The company has job posting that are offering higher salaries than the current employees in the roles they are hiring for.

Review from Customer Support Dept

No matter how hard i work there is no pay compensation compared to someone that does just what they have to do. I also don't get the idea of

Review from Customer Success Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

I am not sure, but we need a change.

Review from Sales Dept

No team sync, no team bonding.

Review from Sales Dept

Some of my coworkers have very poor communication skills

Review from Customer Support Dept

Coworkers are doing fine, we all work together quite well.

Review from Product Dept

They continue to use surveys like this to say that the company is great while not being willing to be honest about the struggles their peers face. There's no one you can talk to about race or microagreesions at RFPIO without someone using Comparably as a way to say "Your issues are isolated to you."

Review from Customer Success Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

They need to make fair decisions

Review from Sales Dept

Sales leadership needs to train their reps properly, engage in active training and coaching with their reps, increase their sense of urgency, accountability, and follow through with initiatives as leaders. Many many sales reps feel like there is zero direction from managers and especially the VP.

Review from Sales Dept

RFP360 Business Unit as a whole seems to stand on an island. It needs better accountability and proper leadership. Communication down and across the organizational tree needs to improve.

Review from Product Dept

Follow through and accountability at all levels, but particularly the management and VP level. There is never accountability or follow through from leadership, so even when something IS important, it's treated just as unimportant by the front line as everything else. Do less. Follow through more.

Review from Sales Dept

Founders need to turn company over to true leaders, not the yes men and one women they have currently

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

the environment is not conducive to ensuring long term retention. I am not valued as a person nor do I feel like my colleagues are cared for as people.

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have no idea because nobody here listens to us

Review from Sales Dept

RFPIO leadership and VPs should really consider who they put in a management position. Team managers should not be managing with an ego or be driving team members with their own agenda. Rather managers should relay the goals and strategy of the overall company to their team.

Review from Sales Dept

My organization does not seem like it cares about setting a standard of excellence or enabling those with the knowledge to drive the organization forward.

Review from Product Dept

A bit clearer direction would be helpful, but otherwise there's nothing wrong. I just don't get excited about working.
