the environment is not conducive to ensuring long term retention. I am not valued as a person nor do I feel like my colleagues are cared for as people.

RFPIO leadership and VPs should really consider who they put in a management position. Team managers should not be managing with an ego or be driving team members with their own agenda. Rather managers should relay the goals and strategy of the overall company to their team.

A bit clearer direction would be helpful, but otherwise there's nothing wrong. I just don't get excited about working.

Leadership and management need to do less and follow through more. There are so many initiatives flying around with basically no progress. ELT doesnt hold VPs accountable, and VPs don't hold Managers accountable, so the front line feels like a mess with no direction. Do less, and follow through.
