The executive team knows people by name and genuinely wants to build relationships with employees.

The RevLocal leadership team has continuously grown throughout the years. Just this year, new opportunities earned have created over 20 new leadership positions. All personal and professional growth is determined by performance and attitude.

I am paid fairly for the work I put forth.
On the sales side, you earn what you produce and there are no ceilings.

If it's to be it's up to me. I get paid for how much value I bring.

Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerez par rapport à votre rémunération?
I feel undervalued because the compensation is misleading when hired and very uneven within the company for the same positions. There are some people making thousands more than the person sitting next to them because of the initial offer.
We appreciate the feedback. Often times the person sitting next to you has more experience or years of service in a similar business that justifies an increase in initial salary. We do our best to provide positions with similar pay bands.
Not much room to move up. A lot of hiring outside of the company leaving fewer opportunities for current employees to grow.

The team I am surrounded by is full of very strong, knowledgable people that help each other. It really makes each of us better working alongside quality employees.
collaboration and sharing of ideas are integrated into all of our team meetings and it makes us a stronger team
They care and genuinely want to help the businesses we serve. It's about doing the right thing and delivering value.
Being real, going beyond, and helping someone! It's what we do.
Care about one another, we all understand what we do is hard, but worth it.

No political maneuvering or unnecessary drama
Collaboration si the key to the success here and it's cultivated in every aspect of what we do.
They are always looking to help people grow and develop to be the best version of themselves.

Treat employees as people and not scores / KPI's
Less driven by constant KPI scores and retention. Happy employees make happy clients

I was able to interact with peers to my manager and all the way up to the C suite that I report to.
They really laid out how difficult the job was but if It was up for it, they were going to help me succeed.
Thorough, professional, timely and fair.
Honest and open about the opportunitity and the fit for my talent.
I loved that I got to interact with people at the office and spend time shadowing to learn more about what my job would be like.

The impact that I'm able to make is clear.
Being able to help small businesses owners chase and achieve their dreams. Every business is started with a dream / vision. We help them realize that.
Helping local businesses be more successful and influential in the community!
The successes and coach-able opportunities from the failures.
The company does not put up with lazy, unprofessional co-workers. As with any growing company, you have individuals who don't want to work and have everything handed to them.

If the retention rate of employees were nearly as important as that of clients it would be a much better indicator of overall success. "Growing" doesn't just mean hiring people to replace the ones leaving.
