What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The people. The people believe in the values and believe in working together and it is truly RevLocal's greatest asset.
What are some of the best things about your team? The team I am surrounded by is full of very strong, knowledgable people that help each other. It really makes each of us better working alongside quality employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team? The executive team knows people by name and genuinely wants to build relationships with employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because the compensation is misleading when hired and very uneven within the company for the same positions. There are some people making thousands more than the person sitting next to them because of the initial offer.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Investing in employees, not just the handpicked group
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? If the retention rate of employees were nearly as important as that of clients it would be a much better indicator of overall success. "Growing" doesn't just mean hiring people to replace the ones leaving.
