I feel undervalued because the compensation is misleading when hired and very uneven within the company for the same positions. There are some people making thousands more than the person sitting next to them because of the initial offer.

We appreciate the feedback. Often times the person sitting next to you has more experience or years of service in a similar business that justifies an increase in initial salary. We do our best to provide positions with similar pay bands.
Not much room to move up. A lot of hiring outside of the company leaving fewer opportunities for current employees to grow.
