I was able to meet a good number of the folks on my team as well as some cross functionally, the interviews were long but felt effortless because they view it more as a genuine conversation and less of a grill session

we are doing things that other companies are not so there is always so much excitement, we welcome new employees every week as a whole company and the social media presence is very impressive and shows you more about the people who work here

I am comfortable with my peers, my managers help me thrive, I have flexibility regarding my work location and there is an office if I feel like having more social interaction. The people truly care about you and they recognize and celebrate your successes

In my short time here, it appears true that EQRx has a growth mindset. You can and should be forever learning, and to me this makes a company great because they want you to succeed, they want to promote you when they can, they want you to learn new skills and help you be passionate about your job.
