Please take actions against bullying, finger pointing and victim games. Quality group needs seriois attenrion. You need to weed out one bad apple, who purposely sabotaging others work and restrict them, put them on spot and bully new team members

They really want you to be yourself and they back that up with actions, not just words. We have a Be You at EQ initiative and we are able to share things that are important to us with the whole company. They are also very flexible with schedules to accommodate your family and other responsibilities.
