Invested in positive culture. I wish Senior Leaders would listen to and learn from the extremely capable employees.

Please take actions against bullying, finger pointing and victim games. Quality group needs seriois attenrion. You need to weed out one bad apple, who purposely sabotaging others work and restrict them, put them on spot and bully new team members

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being realistic about risks to the business and planning for multiple scenarios.
There are problems which needs to be addressed. Bullying, favoritism, and no one seems to care.
Leadership is the Jack Welch old school top down approach

It's a well rounded package that really shows the commitment to employees. The medical benefits are top notch and not having a vesting period on the 401k match is awesome

Company has great mission but lot of senior leasership members fail to understand small company environment. Lots of silos in each department
My team works really hard, gets things done, and we have fun in the process.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Manager seems clueless on how to lead team. Not delegating and staff is just wasting time and company money
We need more project managment. There needs to be clearly assignments with project leads identified.

"Being you at EQ" mentality and the virtual first philosophy.

It's incredibly welcoming and inclusive. Culture "add" vs Culture "fit" is a very real thing at EQRx and it's been awesome to experience this first hand

They really want you to be yourself and they back that up with actions, not just words. We have a Be You at EQ initiative and we are able to share things that are important to us with the whole company. They are also very flexible with schedules to accommodate your family and other responsibilities.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More in-person interactions, but that's due to Covid and I'm sure that goes for most other companies as well
