HR group needs to pay attention snd take action against complains. Stop focusing on how it looks from inside, pay attention and work on improving inside culture. #BEYOUATEQ is not working
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Please take actions against bullying, finger pointing and victim games. Quality group needs seriois attenrion. You need to weed out one bad apple, who purposely sabotaging others work and restrict them, put them on spot and bully new team members
