They really want you to be yourself and they back that up with actions, not just words. We have a Be You at EQ initiative and we are able to share things that are important to us with the whole company. They are also very flexible with schedules to accommodate your family and other responsibilities.
we are doing things that other companies are not so there is always so much excitement, we welcome new employees every week as a whole company and the social media presence is very impressive and shows you more about the people who work here
