They value the candidate experience. They provide you with details about what to expect and normalize the challenges of virtual interviews, such as cameos of your pets/kids.

I was asked some very unique questions that I enjoyed. They asked questions about me as a person, totally unrelated to the job in order to get to know me. They started off asking how myself and my family were doing amidst the pandemic, which was thoughtful. They were very conversational.
I loved meeting with various people at different levels. I met with everyone from Administrative support to department Chief! It's great to get everyone's different perspectives on the organization and the specific role
