Open communication is key. Very transparent about expectations and results

The benefits really add peace of mind for cost/coverage. The 401k match vesting immediately is also fantastic and being virtual first provides flexibility

Working with a great team and with people who really care every day about the mission and objective of helping as many patients as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's incredibly welcoming and inclusive. Culture "add" vs Culture "fit" is a very real thing at EQRx and it's been awesome to experience this first hand

Leadership is very transparent and it's great to be a part of a company all working toward a common goal of making medicine more equitable and accessible

I really appreciated how open, honest, and transparent the interview process was. There wasn't a long guessing game and feedback was timely and next steps scheduled quickly

It's a well rounded package that really shows the commitment to employees. The medical benefits are top notch and not having a vesting period on the 401k match is awesome

Very collaborative team and open to helping one another. New ideas are encouraged and everyone is friendly and really cares about doing the best job possible to add great talent to EQRx
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusive and accepting of new ideas and backgrounds. The EQRx mission is bold and different and it's really nice to be a part of a culture that strives for the same thing
What makes you most happy at work?
The collaborative environment and the impact I can directly have. Leadership puts a strong emphasis on the people who work at EQRx and it's exciting to directly impact and work closely with new EQRx'ers every day
