The experience is challenging on most days, whether dealing with different opinions among staff/administration or the everyday challenges that arise from students. But, the experience has truly helped me develop as a teacher and leader.

The leadership believes that they are unbiased. My experience was there were a powerful cliques and favorites who could hamper your work or make it easy.

Power hungry leadership that care little about their workers and people. We keep their company afloat and their pockets full and they have no problem firing people at Christmas time or anytime based on mistakes made by their own leadership.
