It is the educational focus.

The diversity in my opinion is what makes the atmosphere positive when it comes to cultures.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Leadership team. Recognizing that we are humans with separate lives. We aren't machines

Listen to School staff about what works and what doesn’t. Don’t just copy something from other networks without context and execute it poorly. Consider sustainability so you aren’t burning people out
