At RBM i have tried to be open about personal situations and when I don't believe something should be taught or talked about to our children I stand up for the rights that I have as a parent I will do anything to protect my child and am very bothered by the response I got it was very disappointing
Power hungry leadership that care little about their workers and people. We keep their company afloat and their pockets full and they have no problem firing people at Christmas time or anytime based on mistakes made by their own leadership.
The leadership believes that they are unbiased. My experience was there were a powerful cliques and favorites who could hamper your work or make it easy.
