Listen to School staff about what works and what doesn’t. Don’t just copy something from other networks without context and execute it poorly. Consider sustainability so you aren’t burning people out

Ask questions that actually relate to the job, not questions to make a person feel uneducated. We know you have Masters and Bachelors you don't have to make people feel inferior.
