I haven't had many jobs and this is my first out of college, but I can safely say it is the best I've ever had and perhaps will ever have.

Being in the office with my team is easily the think I look forward to most. Playing pool after stand up as well as with the company brings in lunch is always a good day as well

The greatest part of the compensation package is not necessarily any aspect, or specific part of the package, but rather what you get for the price paid. Very little comes out my paycheck per month yet the compensation it outstanding.

I believe that my team espouses Route's value of "Team over Ego" more than any other team at Route. There is no competition between our team and I believe that everyone on my team wants to see the team any everyone in it do progressively better and better.

I believe the best part of the leadership at Route is their transparency as well as the fact that they genuinely value input from people at all levels of the company. I feel very comfortable being able to pitch any idea to my manager and or PM and they will seriously consider it.

The greatest aspects of the Route is the specific focus on celebration. In laymens terms it can be explained as work hard and play hard, but at work. Initially I thought it was somewhat pointless as a tenant of Routes values, but now I believe it is the most important and ensures morale remains high
