I work with skilled individuals. Also route has not pitted us against each other, so we can work cooperatively

I think most of the leadership team is great. Most of the leaders have wide skill sets, such that they can contribute to the company in multiple facets. There are some leaders that do not have the experience/skill to do the job they are hired for, which is really unfortunate.
