Lots of talents, lots of respect for personal life, huge challenges and ambitions, amazing salaries. The only potential downside for games fan is the ethically disputable techniques used in F2P games, but that's part of the industry, not scopely specifically.

The interview process is transparent. The difficulty is here but is fitting the caliber of people that are hired.

Coworkers are world's best talent. They also all fit the company's culture, which is the number one hiring factor, above technical skills.

Big respect for personal life, everyone is humble but ambitious. Honesty pays a lot. I've never seen office politics lasting more than a few days.

Amazing Knowledge, best experience in the world, and tons of humility. Good balance between humility and need to push for decisions for fast production. Leaders are for the growth of each team member and never put themselves forward. Very little politics, focus is on the project.
