just comparing with the market and also because the company makes a lot of money now and it feels it is reinvested a lot in marketing but not so much in employees

What did you like most about the interview process?
Diversity on the people that interview it, different disciplines
I was able to interview the company as much as the company interviewed me

Short, fast, 4-5 interviews very direct and with relevant people for the role. Not difficult but clear. I interview now sometimes and preselection is usually good, and process is clearly defined and discussed
The people were super friendly, encouraging, and just people. It wasn't a scary process of sitting in front of a panel with a bright white light shining on you while shadowy figures bombard you with questions. It was just people asking if you want to join the team, what do you bring, etc!

I like being praised, of course! I work hard, and I like for that work to be acknowledged, which my management teams do. I also love seeing things done, and projects I am a part of grow and reach the outside world. Also, learning new tools and skills is always a time to celebrate!
