Scopely aims to ensure everyone is having the best experience of their professional lives. That's a high bar, but one that's taken seriously. There's room for improvement, of course, but we live our value of "iterate to greatness" and always improve, give feedback and see change happen.
Big respect for personal life, everyone is humble but ambitious. Honesty pays a lot. I've never seen office politics lasting more than a few days.
