  • Relaxed, big drinking culture. Work life balance is good. But if you want to be successful or at least hit plan (quota) you have to put in the work for dismal pay.

    Lot's of c-levels with 15 years of experience left the company. The remaining play favorites, and really do not see the big picture. I think the company is going to be sold, so the bottom line is the most important.

  • Depends on the team, role, and which office you are working out of. If its TSD and you are successful, it can be quite more lucrative than that of the ISAM role. If its the ISAM role, regardless of "good" or "bad" you are at sales, it's really dependent on the book of business you inherit, and how strong the outbound (field sales rep) you are aligned to. Just be aware that the outbounds run the show, and with some you may do a lot more of their work that is not really heavily compensated for on your compensation plan. If its ISAM in seattle, don't do it. Pay is below the average and OB's that you are aligned to either don't do their jobs, or are really good that they get away with murder and treat their people like crap.
