I have never worked for a company that spends so much time on cutting employee perks, like providing water, or cups.

We as small events are nickel and dime at every turn and forced to use their services that we don't need. They need to figure out that Fair Park in Dallas Texas is a city park for festivals and community events, not some large stadium.

  • Its alright. There are associates that have been with Spectra that have more vacation than I do. I don't think that is fair. Also Hourly and Salary have different amounts of vacation. I believe that everyone should have the same amount.
