What do you like best about the leadership team?
very driven and they are goal oriented
our leader takes charge of any situation
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Positive solutions to problems they have created, due to poor management.
Communication and being a better leader, no nitpicking
the managment staff is the worst most unprofessional, group of morons
Effectively communicating with employees at all levels and at least try to make it seem like they care about staff
What is the best part about your compensation package?
medical, dental, vision and 401k
it would help me if i was to ever get in a jam
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Actually valuing experienced employees, instead of trying to fire them, in order to hire people in at a lower rate.
never receive any type of raise or even verbal praise
What are some of the best things about your team?
There are some really good people that I have met through work
we are strong as a unit and we work great together
Coworkers are awesome and are willing to teach younger staff so much.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The feel of the team of coworkers
nothing is positive here except maybe the customers
Everyone really tries to work together. No one is nasty or talks behind people's backs even if they aren't the best of friends.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
maturity and everyone doing their best
Upper management needs to be more present
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was low stress and very comfortable
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They had no idea what they were doing when we started. They have to have learned something in the year and a half we have all been there.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working without management hovering over us
Working with a few of my team members and the type of event we are setting up for
the people i meet like my coworkers and patrons
Helping out my coworkers and knowing that I did my job well.
