Bad leadership is killing the company

The CEO has never had a town hall nor shown his face to his employees. Their heavy acquisition strategy is shortsighted because they have no support internally from marketing and customer service. They don't get "new customers", they just rely on channel partners and AM's to take orders. It's sad.
