What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent and good communication on important topics
The leadership team does a good job at communicating company updates and are very approachable/helpful.
There is an open door and open comment policy and employees are all encouraged to bring ideas and suggestions any time.
The leadership team strives for positive change, and does a good job of keeping teams informed about what is going on within the company.
Sets clear goals and makes sure we know how we contribute to those goals. Transparency, and trust.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Managing is done best at low level
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that I get paid what my role is worth given the workload.
Comfortable salary with good benefits
Decent pay, internet bonus and good benefits
Flexibility in work environment and partially paid health insurance.
I enjoy the flexibility of being remote, allotted time off, and the health benefits are decent
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Revamp the leadership team immediately
Feedback not truly heard and doing the job of many being paid as one even though working as one proves beyter results.
The bonus structure is unattainable and the salary is average. Simply put, the compensation structure is fools gold.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We are collaborative and want to see each other succeed!
The team is great with collaboration
Communication and collaboration, work hard play hard mentality

My team is always willing to put heads together to work on projects, they give excellent feedback and are very positive!

Keep meetings short and efficient
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is always communication! We do fun activities every Friday to keep up connected.

Spectrio United and Fun Friday events are fun ways to get to know other employees. I also love our community service activities!
We find ways to stay connected while working remotely through contests, games, groups, etc.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New C-Suite. Entirely New Management especially in Sales. Must build out a robust Marketing department to effectively drive leads (big and small).

What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick process, clear expectations, and very informative
It was more about me as a person rather than knowing DSA, they cared more about the culture fit.
Quick feedback, good communication through the process.

The interview process moved along very smoothly and I was able to receive an offer shortly after a few rounds of interviews.

My coworkers, working remote, having the tools I need to be successful in my role
Working on new features constantly. There are always new things coming down the line.

The level of trust my manager and team have in each other.
I enjoy being able to work with a great team and supporting products that are exciting
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Micromanagement at the Highest Level. Helicopter-Parenting to the 10th Degree. Either you hired us to do our jobs effectively or you don't trust us to do the jobs you are paying us to do.
Bad marketing of some good product
