There is an open door and open comment policy and employees are all encouraged to bring ideas and suggestions any time.

Revamp the leadership team immediately

Feedback not truly heard and doing the job of many being paid as one even though working as one proves beyter results.

The bonus structure is unattainable and the salary is average. Simply put, the compensation structure is fools gold.

Weekly activities to get to know co-workers

Spectrio United and Fun Friday events are fun ways to get to know other employees. I also love our community service activities!

We find ways to stay connected while working remotely through contests, games, groups, etc.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

New C-Suite. Entirely New Management especially in Sales. Must build out a robust Marketing department to effectively drive leads (big and small).
