Open and transparent. They genuinely care
The leadership team is relatively new here, but I have already noticed MANY positive changes - they genuinely care about employees and are putting plans in place to ensure the employee experience is improved.

Nothing. Not a thing. No transparency. They are extremely secretive and siloed and have no interest in making themselves available to the employees. They have TWO (2) people in their marketing department, yet they want to be a major player in the space. A Mass Exodus is occurring right now.
Managing is done best at low level
