Insurance coverage is a huge win. Most if not all of your insurance is covered, which goes a long way. Equity packages and bonuses are also really great.

We're all here because we believe in helping entrepreneurs achieve their dreams. Everyone truly is a part of that mission and can see the impact that we make on these businesses. It's really wonderful.

They truly respect the work that we do and make you feel like you are a part of something. Most other companies make you feel like a cog in the wheel, but you can tell that the leadership team values our opinions and strives to provide open and honest communication.

The team is one of the best parts of the job. Everyone cares for each other and truly values the ideas and feedback that we all bring to the table. Whether it's to discuss internal ideas or client facing materials, we're all on the same team and want to see everyone grow and success at what they do.
