As a startup, many colleagues are on the younger-ish side which lends itself to a constant state of learning. Everyone is sincerely desiring to improve upon their skills and further their knowledge which rubs off on others and encourages a state of growth.

I got to speak directly to the people that would be managing me. I was also able to ask questions and felt the answers given were genuine. Most interviewers were very personable and most were not intimidating on the interview. It also was not drawn out longer than it needed to be.

It wasn't a weird round robin interview where I had to go through 10 interviews, it was a simple phone screening and then 2 actual interviews.

Quick turnaround, very transparent process.
