I love working remotely. But we have meetings online that let us interact with coworkers any time we need it. Everyone feels like they are on the same team, there's no BS politics.

There are no politics. We are equally valued and everyone is heard. Also, everyone is encouraged to come up with new ideas or new technologies that they see fit. And we are supported in the decision we make.
