What did you like most about the interview process?

They got to know who i am.

I got to speak directly to the people that would be managing me. I was also able to ask questions and felt the answers given were genuine. Most interviewers were very personable and most were not intimidating on the interview. It also was not drawn out longer than it needed to be.

It wasn't a weird round robin interview where I had to go through 10 interviews, it was a simple phone screening and then 2 actual interviews.

Quick turnaround, very transparent process.

I appreciated that they wanted to know about me as a person, not just if I can fit in as a cog in a machine. They are mensches.

I didn't feel like I was being tricked. The questions were technical, clean, and to the point. I felt a genuine interest in getting to me and wanting me to understand the culture and the work.

It was very clear, concise, fast, and to the point. They knew what they wanted and didn't drag it over a period of weeks.

It was quick and they don't ask a bunch of questions that don't pertain to the job which is kind of common unfortunately outside of SE

I was most impressed with the line of questions during the interview process. I felt that the company wanted to know "who" I was, in addition to "what" I could provide.

They were really fast about getting back to me and scheduling next meetings

I liked the depth they went to make sure I was a good fit for the team and a hard worker.

The interview process felt very genuine. While talking about prior work experience and skillsets there was a very professional yet conversational/comfortable tone throughout the entire thing. I felt that the team genuinely wanted to get to know me, beyond just the resume.

I liked that not just one person interviewed me, but a few team members across my team interviewed me.

It was more of a conversation than a riddle of questions and answers. wanted to get to know your experiences and you as a person to see if you'd be a good fit for the team
