I like to work hard with people I trust to do the same and who give me an opportunity to bring more each day. SWCA has changed and grown in the time I've been here and somehow the culture isn't getting diluted.

The company has grown quite a bit but still retains an amazing culture.
In my five years at SWCA, we have doubled in size, but that has not affected our company culture. I feel like that is a hard transition to make, but SWCA has done it very well.
I don't know of another consulting firm I'd be happier at!

That I was brought in way below an appropriate level and I should have never agreed to that because you seem to become stuck at whatever level you start at.

None that I am aware of. They may offer something to leadership

The mobility is not equitable. There are some people who can go from the bottom to CEO, but that appears to depend on favoritism more than credentials or ability.
