Hired as sales rep and have always been. Thought it would be hard work, but take care of them and they'll take care of you.
It is a fast paced experience and I learn a lot every day.
I love being at work because I made few good friends.. I love my work too and I give my very Best... Its the Culture at work is not at all good.. Only one Community is dominating at Lead, Supervisor level.. Same community people are given the preference even though someone else is better than them.

I like my job. I think the pay could be better when you see how much money the employees make for Synnex and how much time and effort they put into it. So many other jobs work half the hours we work and get paid 1.5x as much. We are too cheap on salaries to keep the best employees around.
