Really bad but I still sleep at night. This company is a combination of 3 companies that are not aligned; Telus Int'l, Xavient and VoxPro. 3 sales teams, 3 culture NOT pulling in the same direction. Bizarre experience. Company only has 1 on-shore site and its in Las Vegas. Horrible.

They have awesome website and marketing messages about how awesome the culture is and maybe it is at the HQ, but as a remote sales executive you are at the mercy of a vicious mean spirited company culture with a narcissistic Chief Commercial Officer and a President who was never around
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
The sales team is paid a lower than normal base and a 3-2-1 commission. The sales leads and politics are controlled by a core team that came over from Convergys. They sit on or are in-front of all the good leads. The current Chief Commercial Officer is just a stuffed shirt who does NOTHING!

Most of the coworkers on the sales & delivery team are loyal to the former head of sales who was demoted to VP of Sales. The are all former Convergys and mean-spirited and are really good at using politics and character assassination to eliminate new sales executive who are not loyal to their clique
Qu'amélioreriez-vous dans le procédé d’entretien de votre entreprise?
The interview process was fake as it meant you had to talk to the team that came from Convergys. All they did was compare notes and talk about you amongst themselves as you went through the process. When I was hired, no one told me - they just shipped a cardboard box to my house. No email or call.
