All the coworkers are around the same age, educated young people who can't find a job so they utilize being able to speak english, try to make a living and do what they want to do.

The ONLY positive is that we are currently still working from home. You don't have to put up with fellow coworkers walking around or sitting at their friend the TL's desk. The constant sexual harassment, the ugly personalities. Management focuses on the negative, rarely talk about the positive.

Positive things are our team member and team leader but senior management pathetic. They only look for their benefits ,they do not have any concern about their junior level representative.

They have awesome website and marketing messages about how awesome the culture is and maybe it is at the HQ, but as a remote sales executive you are at the mercy of a vicious mean spirited company culture with a narcissistic Chief Commercial Officer and a President who was never around
