What do you like best about the leadership team?Pleasant building for employees to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?My TL was the only humane person. Nobody takes notice of you're miserable and depressed.
What did you like most about the interview process? Its is very sapportive and helping and friendly ,i like it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Benchmark to market rather than to emerging markets
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The CEO needs to deep dive into what's going on instead of surrounding himself with yes people.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Company meetings are not explained, not efficient and a complete waste of time. Coworkers do not care about resolving issues - they only care about taking the issue off their desk - you get passed around like you've got cancer - nobody see's anything through to completion.
