Task rates are underpaid, no feedback, no communication, late payments, no payments.
I should be paid more, and have more benefits.
Altho I haven't been working here long and I have already had time off, thank God they didn't fire me, I am seeing that I am being paid less then any other rater in the company
If there was health benefits it wouldve been nice
I took a pay cut to come here.
I have worked in the same position for 2 years without a raise. I am only offered a max of 20hrs/week, making me ineligible for any employee protections or benefits. I have never once been approached with an offer to improve my position or pay at the company.
With the economy inflating I really need extra income We have families to feed

Being paid, being paid correctly
5 years ago I started out at $15 an hour, 5 years later I make $1 more. They change constantly the rules for raises. Such as having to call the customer back. If the drops, or if you customer asks you to call them back? Telus started marking you down for the number of calls you had to make back.
Being paid for my experience and education. Being paid for the value I bring to the company.
The current salaries are barely enough to survive, even though we are paid higher than the average salaries in my country, is still not enough, since every time the price quotes for properties, food, and basic supplies increase.

I was chosen for more responsibility in my position and was not compensated the difference when my position changed from speaking to people on the phone vs chatting with customers online.

The sales team is paid a lower than normal base and a 3-2-1 commission. The sales leads and politics are controlled by a core team that came over from Convergys. They sit on or are in-front of all the good leads. The current Chief Commercial Officer is just a stuffed shirt who does NOTHING!
