The leadership team has absolutely no idea how their people are treating each other - if leadership starts at the top, then it is the CEO and his team that are leading by example - and that is with complete disdain for their people. It is a complete disgrace.

There's no open door policy. If an agent has a legitimate issue, or health issues or their mental health is suffering due to work conditions and the people they interact with you need to back your suffering employee. Stop raising the people up into higher pay wage due to the "good ol boys club. '
