What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are broad minded, unbiased yet with consideration, it's really hard to define them. For this I am excited about the positive changes happening and I am eager to work everyday.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current salaries are barely enough to survive, even though we are paid higher than the average salaries in my country, is still not enough, since every time the price quotes for properties, food, and basic supplies increase.

What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a healthy competitive environment, so that's a plus. Even though there is no actual price at the end of that competition.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive things are our team member and team leader but senior management pathetic. They only look for their benefits ,they do not have any concern about their junior level representative.

The account I have currently is very broad, It might take a lifetime for me to fully comprehend its design. I am 40+ already But i am never ready to give up. Learning is fun.
