A more inclusive mindset. It's fairly common the lack of empathy.

Empathy, inclusive work space. healthy interaction, respect between co workers and subordinates.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Just because I really enjoy challenges, that might be something I liked when going through the interview process.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's a healthy competitive environment, so that's a plus. Even though there is no actual price at the end of that competition.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The current salaries are barely enough to survive, even though we are paid higher than the average salaries in my country, is still not enough, since every time the price quotes for properties, food, and basic supplies increase.
