I am from India and our senior management are pathetic . They do not care about their representatives. They only ask for work even in major festivals and do not provide any gifts or benefits. I would like to have Canadian management over here. They would definitely provide gifts on festivals atleast

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive things are our team member and team leader but senior management pathetic. They only look for their benefits ,they do not have any concern about their junior level representative.
