The caring culture, The individual difference, being funny. that is it.

Once they detect you are an asset, It is smooth as a breeze. Difficulty comes when you have a questionable character.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are broad minded, unbiased yet with consideration, it's really hard to define them. For this I am excited about the positive changes happening and I am eager to work everyday.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The account I have currently is very broad, It might take a lifetime for me to fully comprehend its design. I am 40+ already But i am never ready to give up. Learning is fun.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we came from different background and has strong and weak points. We are just simple humans with common goals. the next step for us is to Maximize our skills so that we are ina flow state. Like a river which is flowing it is full of life.
