It's been a challenging decade for sure as lot of things have changed in TIBCO. However every challenge brought great amount of opportunities for myself and the team to learn a whole lot of things. It's been a fun ride and if TIBCO can take care of the compensation differences, add 10 more years :-)

No two days are same at TIBCO and it makes it equally exciting to go back to work. Plus, the amazing team members that I get to work with makes it worth.

It's an extended family. Everyone brings their unique strength to the team and I wouldn't be here for morethan a decade if it's not for the amazing coworkers that I am fortunate to work with.

The number of opportunities there are to grow personally and professional within TIBCO definitely keeps you motivated (sans the pay package). There is always something to do that can positively influence your work, team and our customers.
Pourquoi vous sentez-vous sous-évalué et qu’est-ce qui vous rassurerait par rapport à votre rémunération?
Current salaries must be adjusted/revised based on the inflation and the market trends. I respect the transparency our CEO brings to the table though and I trust them to do what's right for the company and more importantly, for the people who make the company for what it is.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
Being able to adapt to the changing market/product/people trends is one of the key strengths of our current leadership team. There's always focus on employee well being and to make things easy for all the team members. Pay packages may need to be revised to meet the inflation and the market though.
