What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparent, goal-oriented, and effective collaborators. The objectives for the year are clearly stated and executed. The ELT rolls up their sleeves and gets involved. Great culture.

Leadership is tough. Some are great at being personal, approachable, and energetic. Some seem kind of hard and distant. When someone from leadership comes to a local office in person to meet the 'real people', it feels good. Getting face time is actually incredibly important.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the most intelligent coworkers I've ever worked with. We sell complex, mission critical software to the world's leading corporations. It takes very intelligent, passionate individuals to be successful here and we have plenty of them onboard.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A "we can accomplish anything together" attitude. We have the right technologies to virtually collaborate and our culture fosters these virtual relationships. We take time out to recognize our similarities and differences and celebrate them all. #bettertogether
