I started 5 years ago with no experience. Every year, I get better at my job. Every time a curveball is thrown at me, I adjust, and figure it out. BUT with inflation as it is, and more and more demanded of us, I face it.

My interaction with my team and customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My favorite part is the work/life balance. I love the fact that I can do my job and do it well, but I can have a family life too.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel like most of us are on the same page. We face things with ideas to find strategies. We like each other. We help each other. We encourage each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is tough. Some are great at being personal, approachable, and energetic. Some seem kind of hard and distant. When someone from leadership comes to a local office in person to meet the 'real people', it feels good. Getting face time is actually incredibly important.
