The team is always ready to take up challenges. And they are ever ready to deliver the task on time even if it takes working over the weekend or working late hours.

We can work at our own time, which gives us a better work life balance. A junior and a senior is given equal importance, which I feel is one of the best among our company cultures.

The best part of our compensation is we get fair increment every financial year - which is done based on our performance, company's performance and as well market standards. Plus we do get bonuses each year based on our performances.

The filtering process was very smooth - written, group discussion, technical rounds, managerial round and HR round. The technical rounds were based on what approach do i take for each problems, and not on how much did I mug up.
Qu’est-ce qui vous plaît le plus dans l’équipe de direction?
The leadership team shows utmost faith on their team members, and allows each member to grow individually too. During good times or bad, they always support the members. I had to attend my sick mom for 2 months, and the team backed me up without any hesitation. No questions were asked.
