Post the new CPO(Brijesh) assuming charge, lot of new employee friendly initiatives, new programs for employees, connect and lot of confidence building measures are happening. Over all, its a positive change that we are getting to see from an HR perspective.
HR Department is quite good at THBS in terms of handling issues.
